Is Your Hand Shortened?

Psalm 85 1 Lord, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob.
You, O God, have favored the United States, even though we have turned our back on You. Many are repenting. Many push the envelope as far as possible. The greatest division among us is the deepening love for You and the exhaltation of hatred for You. None of this has excaped Your eye.
2 Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.
Jesus, You bore our sins in Your body. You did so willingly, that we might be forgiven and spared Your wrath. Truly, we have pushed Your Word, Your Truth away from us. Yet, Your salvation is still at the ready to receive all who would come to You. Please revive this land.
3 Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou hast turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger.
4 Turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause thine anger toward us to cease.
You have done this in times past. There have been revivals. The rampant wickedness is penetrating the nations. Evil is loosed and gains strength. Many, who are charged to enforce the law, are willingly secumbing to the power of Satan and mercilessly beat, torment and persecute.
5 Wilt thou be angry with us for ever? wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations?
6 Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?
7 Shew us thy mercy, O Lord, and grant us thy salvation.
Surely, Your anger is evident. But I believe Your heart aches for the perecuted. You see the fear and trembling in the minds and hearts of Your beloved. That is not Your doing or Your diesire or Your heart. Are we beyond the help of the Most High God? Is Your arm shortened that it can no longer bring people to Your throne of grace?

I bring forth all the divisions of people here. I ask for revival for Your church, Your people, Your servants through Christ Jesus...yes, those who have fallen away, those who are disheartened, those who are angry with You, those who have backslidden...and those who petition You every day for revival in the United States of America. Turn us back to You and unite us a "saints because of Jesus!" Hallelujah!

But I also come on behalf of those who despise You and despise us, Your church, Your family, those who are committed to the work of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. Oh how I would like to pray for their demise. But no. You have made it clear that Your desire tis that all men be saved. So I partner with You regarding this deep desire, that is so willing to forgive.

I am asking, pleading, imploring You for revival. Will there be a latter rain in this land? In the World...before the Great Tribulation? I ask it. Surely, our sin is so blatant that we are ripe for revival...is this true? Are we "ripe"?

As You told us would happen, evil has become good and good has become evil. It's here. Now. Yet, are there none who would receive You? Raise us up to ensure every person in our lives are presented with the Gospel. Yes...we could use some Good News.
8 I will hear what God the Lord will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.
Wow...it seems that we always turn to folly. We always turn back. And then the ramifications of our actions catch up and we cry out to You. O God of my salvation, I am afraid that we are past the point where we will no longer cry out to You. Give us voice, give us tears...that this nation may again cry out.
9 Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.
10 Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
11 Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven.
12 Yea, the Lord shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.
13 Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.
I am encouraged because I cannot see how any of this could happen here in the United States. That encourages me, because only You can turn this around. Please use me, each day. Please, send me out for Your kingdom work. Annoint me for the work before me —that Christ be glorified.

You are the God of multiplication. You started with Abraham and multiplied his seed as the sand of the sea, the stars in the sky. Jesus, You started with 12 and Your Kingdom has multiplied over centures. I ask for revival-multiplied...multiplication of Your Spirit's work on the earth, and especailly in the United States.

Why do I ask it? That we may all know that You are God.
Please hear my prayer.

For Jesus' sake, in His Name, and for His Kingdom.

Provision Prayers: Meditation on Psalm 139

O God of Heaven and Earth, Omniscient, Omnipresent, Omnipotent God…
You are the Generous Provider, of both love and justice.

Your gracious Word: Psalm 139
1 O lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.
You are the great Provider. You provided the sacrifice for Abraham, that Isaac’s life was preserved. And You provided Messiah, that our lives may be preserved. Is there greater provision, than Your omniscience, which searches us and knows us?
2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.
3 Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.
4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether.
You know my whereabouts, so there isn’t a time when I am alone. You know my thoughts, so there is truly nothing that is kept from You. Your divine presence is with me both physically, and in my spirit. But You go deeper…You understand. Even when I don’t understand myself; even when my thoughts and my emotions are driven into loops of endless conversations…that form traffic jams that seem inescapable …You are the One that actually understands what is going on. Thank You.
5 Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.
When I cannot make sense of the world around me; when reason seems to escape the actions of neighbors, commerce and government…when I cannot find anything in this world that is reason-able…at that time, You are there and Your hand is upon me. You steady me, uphold me, and secure me. Thank You.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
Your presence in my life is beyond my comprehension. Truly Your Presence is as incomprehensible to me as the evil that desires to bury You. BUT…You are here. You are with me. YOU. It is all about You!

Surely, no fear can have me. No temptation can overpower me. You are the Solid Rock. You are the foundation that upholds me. I will not fear. Thank You.
11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.
12 Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.
13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.
Although darkness and evil seek my demise, You are there. Although evil attacks me with vengeance, it can not prevail, for YOU shine forth on my behalf. As You covered me in my mother’s womb, You possess my reigns, and nothing, no one, shall remove me from Your cover. Thank You.
14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
Praise be to the God of my salvation. You have fashioned me to give You praise. Fill my heart to overflow with the joy of daily communion with the God of the Universe, who stoops down and knows the substance of His meager servant. Thank You.
17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!
18 If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.
Truly, this is my purpose…to embrace Your thoughts of me. You have not hidden them! They live here in Your Word. Please pour them into my understanding. Saturate my spirit with this knowledge that is so wonderful that I cannot begin to embrace it. May it flow through me and into the neighborhood of my living.
19 Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.
20 For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.
21 Do not I hate them, O Lord, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.
Yes…You have said it. You will slay those who come against me. YOU will do this. My daily concern is to keep my eyes on You and to receive that which You have for me, and to share the blessings of my salvation. You have made it simple. With Your help, this can be my daily achievement.
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
My desire is to commit myself wholly to Your work, Your will for me, Your purpose for this life. My desire is to reflect Your care, Your love and Your unceasing desire to deal faithfully with the work that is before me. I cannot do this in my own strength. Fill me with Your joy:
Nehemiah 8:10 ...for the joy of the Lord is your strength.

Embrace me…use me...all of me. Come quickly, especially for the children,

Maranatha

Provision Prayers: Freedom from Fear.
    Psalm 34

God of all creation: the earth, the heavens– all that is seen and unseen.
Your Word lights the universe.
Your Word opens hearts and minds,
Your Word is living, breathing…all knowing,
Your Word is consummate.
Thank You.

John 1:1-2
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.

John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Jesus, the Christ. You are the Living Word. You are Truth. You are Life. In You is all that matters. Your Word pushes out the thoughts that infringe on my peace. Plant it deeply within me and grow it so that it consumes my innermost being, Then, surely, all will be well.
Psalm 34:
1 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
Oh that I wish this were my reality. It is my hope. It is my deep desire.
2 My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
The humble shall hear? THEN humble me fully, that You are all I can boast about. I want to hear. Is it my heart that needs the humbling? My mind? Take them. Take them completely.
3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.
Be magnified, O God. Grow in stature…fill my thoughts, direct my eyes, fill my ears and silence the sound of the world around me…anything that diminishes Your presence…seep into all that I am.
4 I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
Oh wow. Yes. When I seek You, You hear me and deliver me. Fear is gone. It disappears and is no more. What do I seek that isn’t You? May I ask for mono vision? That everything around and in me…converge into one thing: seeking You! THAT would be a good day!
5 They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.
6 This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
Just looking at You brings light and eases the weight of the day. You brighten my face —from deep within my heart. Looking at You, looking to You causes troubles to disintegrate. O praise be to the God who hears.
7 The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
Fear: a multi-dimensional word. The world fills me with fear …the fear of the world. It’s very dangerous. But YOU, Your Word, fills me a different fear! —with the fear of the Lord. That fear delivers me from their fear.

Thank You for Your heavenly hosts, who protect me.
8 O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.
Now what is the flavor of Your blessing? I haven’t thought about this before. There are actual flavors to Your goodness, Your righteousness? What about Your justice? …or Your redemption? …or Your salvation? …or Your peace?

What we have here is so limited. When sin is gone and time shall be no more and we are with You, our senses will all be released to their fullness. Thank You for Your Word that confirms to me my future salvation.
9 O fear the Lord, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.
10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.
11 Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the Lord.
You are consummate. You are fullness of life. All needs are met through You. Fill me with this “fear of the Lord.” Teach it to me in every aspect of my living, that every particle of my being is filled with the fear of the Lord.
12 What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?
13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
14 Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
Me! That’s me! I am that person! I want to see Your goodness around me. Bridle my tongue and lips; but more so, fill my heart and mind that what comes from my mouth pours out Your goodness to those around me.

Direct my steps! I need Your road map, Your guidance, Your GPS. Place only those paths on the map that lead to Peace. To Jesus, who is the Prince of Peace. Help me to diligently follow the map.

Your Word is the Map. Your Spirit is my Teacher and Guide.
15 The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
16 The face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
17 The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
It is a difficult thing to consider that Your eyes are “on” me. I feel Your presence, which is a daily treasure. Knowing You are with me; knowing that You hear every cry —including the silent ones in my heart— knowing that You hear AND deliver me…there is the foundation of my strength and courage. Thank You.
18 The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.
20 He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.
This is again beyond me. You know the brokenness of my heart. You know where all the hairline cracks are. Grant me an eternal contrite spirit and bring Your continual deliverance to my awareness, that I can continually “Bless the Lord” and that Your “praise is continually in my mouth!"
21 Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.
22 The Lord redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.
Secure my trust O God. I believe in Your Word. I believe in the Living Word.
1 John 4:18
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
Shine Your peace upon this dark and fearful world and squelch the fear that has spread like a cancer. Shine Your peace within me and shine forth from me, that those around me, who are fearful, may find relief. Fill me with Your fear —the fear of the Lord!. Shine on, Lord God…cast Your perfect love upon this ailing world. In You alone, we have hope.
Remember the suffering children, and come quickly.

Maranatha.

Provision Prayers: ...from the Root of Jesse.
    Isaiah 53

The Word of the Lord is sure. This is Your Word

Isaiah 11
10 And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.

Isaiah 53
1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?
You have revealed Messiah to us. This nation has embraced You and called upon You. We are One Nation Under God. Although many want to irradiate You from every platform, every mention, every thought in the minds of the people…and although many, in positions of authority have denied You and rejected You, O Lord God, You have still revealed Yourself to us.
2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
Jesus, You were a tender shoot…I ask You to give this nation a tender heart. We have become a dry ground….through our own poor choices, we have dismissed the beauty and prosperity that You have showered upon us. We are now a dry ground. Our identity has been divided, diluted, and the division grows deeper.
3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Despised. Rejected. Full of sorrow with grief as Your companion….we have hidden our faces from You. You have become despised. We too are now despised. We have lost our place as the global agenda tries to absorb this nation.
4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
But You took our grief upon Yourself. You carried our sorrows. You were stricken, smitten and afflicted. You were wounded, bruised, chastised…and it was for the joy set before You?
This is not something I can understand…but it is Your Word:
Hebrews 12:2 "Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God."
All, that we might be healed, find peace with God and be forgiven.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
Oh Jesus, You knew these Scriptures and You filled every prophecy completely. The Word testifies that You are Messiah. You came to redeem Israel and You will. Your covenant ill not be forsaken. Every jot and every tittle will be fulfilled. Thank You…for You are complete.
8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
What about the United States? What about us? Is there redemption for us. You also come to redeem the gentiles. Your Word:
Galatians 3:13-14
13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
I claim this. I claim it for this nation. Can I do that? We are a wicked, rebellious nation that has turned from You, denied You, thrown You out of our colleges, our schools, our legal system, our government…and even out of many churches…as the apostasy has crept into the so-called-Christian churches here.

I am so ashamed.
9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
Ah…BUT You died for all…the wicked and the rich…in Your death, You covered all. You, only You could do this, because only You are without sin.

This nation identifies with the wicked and the rich. …and yet, we do not acknowledge You on either.

I am so ashamed.
10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.
11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
Pleased You? You were pleased to take on this depth of grief and to offer Your life and soul for our continued transgressions? …Yes…the seed of David. You have prolonged the days of Your Nation, Israel, and Your beloved city of Jerusalem. Your pleasure shall be satisfied.

Romans 11 promises that the gentiles are grafted in. Thank You. Yet, we too are a wild branch and our sins are undeniably abhorrent and grievous.

Yet, You travailed …for us, the gentiles. You bore our iniquities.
12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
Please have mercy on this nation. I ask it. We cannot survive the evil that is upon us, within us, and moving quickly to consume us.
Please. Please have mercy. You are our only hope.

Consider the children, O God….for Your Name sake. …that they may know that You are the Lord.

Maranatha.

Provision Prayers: Mourning turned to Dancing

God of heaven, whose word never fails,

Psalm 30:
1 I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
My spirit is forlorn, but my trust remains in You.
You alone are the First and the Last Word. Your Word is eternal.
You alone have the end-game. I put my trust in You.
2 O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
This is Your Word and I consider it done. Though my heart is heavy, and my body is saturated with pain; though my mind is empty, and exhaustion renders me numb…yet I believe I am healed…for You have spoken it.
3 O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
Repeatedly, You have raised me up from death. You have sustained me. You have upheld my hope and You have been my encouragement. Thank You for You are gracious and full of mercy.
4 Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
Yes, I will sing. O let a song well up within me. Let it be one I cannot contain. May it come forth from my whole being. Yes! A song of thanksgiving and praise. I will sing of Your holiness.
5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
This Word is cherished and holds me still. This Word establishes me firmly as I behold Your countenance as You look upon this land. How can I seek Your favor as unrighteousness reigns and finds many worship and protect unrighteousness?

How do I raise my eyes to You as this nation has committed adultery with You and forsaken You…as we enjoy the continued blessings that have come from Your hand? Yes, I weep.

O God, I take heart only because of Your Word: Your anger is but for a moment. You favor is life, and You will bring joy in the morning. I am without understanding as Your mercy prevails.
6 And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
We have been a proud nation. We have believed in our own might, our own abilities, and we have take matters into our own hands…Pride has swallowed us, consumed us, and we are deliriously drunk with our conceit.
7 LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.
8 I cried to thee, O LORD; and unto the LORD I made supplication.
Why would You continue to favor us? Why would You continue to stand here…not for our sake, but for Your honor, Your righteousness. Use this nation O God. Come to our rescue that the world may know that You are the LORD. Come to our rescue…for the world is watching.
9 What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
10 Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.
This is my prayer O God. We are of no use to You if we go down. The United States of America - that proclaims, “In God We Trust” …we are the laughing stock of the nations. BUT YOU, O God, hear my prayers and the prayers of many others. We beseech Thee, have mercy, LORD, be thou our helper.
11 Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
12 To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.
Though I cannot hear the music, though my heart continues to drag in grief, I believe the You have done this. My grief is done. My song is at the ready. My dancing shoes await.

Move swiftly O God, start the dancing song. Uplift the hearts that mourn. Declare Truth. Proclaim Justice for this nation.
I wait upon You and I believe that it is a done deal.
O God, to You be the glory.

For the children, hasten to our cause.

Maranatha!

Preparation Prayers: For Your Honor

Father in heaven,
Lord who is Messiah and whose kingdom comes,
Holy Spirit, who leads in all things,

Glory is due Your Name alone. You are Majesty, You alone are glorious.

Psalm 100
1 Make a joyful noise unto raw LORDl, all ye lands.
O LORD, You know that I have been noisy before You. My petitions have filled the space between us as I try to carry the burden You have placed on my heart for this nation. Surely, I have been noisy, but not always joyful. My God, my God, the joy of my petitions have been in the knowledge and faith, the trust that You are my God, and You hear my petition. You are the joy of my salvation. In You I trust. These prayers continue and I can only believe that You have placed them within me. I humbly offer them back to You and I “joy” in the knowledge that You are a merciful God.
2 Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
Each day, almost without exception, I have sung before Your throne of grace. Thank You for the privilege to sing praises to the Most High God. Thank You for filling my heart with songs of Your praise. You alone are worthy.
3 Know ye that the LORD he is God: It is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
It is true O God. The whole earth testifies that You are God. All Your creation raises its praise and song to You, the Maker. My soul bows before You in humble adoration that You provide a path for me to commune with You.
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise; be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
There are no words that deliver the depth of thanks that is due to Your Name. There is no expression, either verbally, artistically, in deed, or any other manner, that can even know the profound care and love that You pour out on the earth. …I am left vacant, impotent…incapable of offering the thanksgiving before Your thone.
5 For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
You have said it and I believe it. I will trust in Your goodness and mercy. I stand in Your Truth that will preserve and conquer.
Hezekiah and Sennacherib of Syria
You bring this historic documentation to my attention in the Book of Isaiah, chapters 36, 37. and 38. This is Your Word. I believe this happened — it is true and it demonstrates Your work on behalf of Your servant King Hezekiah and Your management of King Sennacherib,
King Hezekiah and his entire nation was attacked by King Sennacherib. Fear tactics were used. Promises they would “own nothing and be happy” IF they surrendered. The people were repeatedly told not to trust in the true leadership of the nation, but to give themselves up. Just like King Sennacherib, promises are being made if we will surrender our minds and submit to the mandates being issued.
King Sennacherib pronounced that Judah was an outlier. He tried to convince the people that no other nation had been able to stand before his might. His arrogance was profoundly persuasive! His promises were enticing.
Is this not a repeating pattern here in the United States?

Father, tribute IS being made from the false leaders in this nation. I cannot hold back that they are trying to destroy the economy and the heart and soul of this nation: that we are still One Nation Under God.

Fear has gripped so many households and many line up to do whatever they are being told.
But Hezekiah humbled himself before You. He knew that You were the only hope. Many of us are bowing before You. Many are petitioning You. We know that You are our only hope for this nation.
You were at work. King Hezekiah did not have to go to battle. You did it. King Sennacherib left, having heard a rumor that required his immediate attention.

Do You have a good rumor for this nation? You are able to turn this around. You are able to raise up Your might and proclaim Your power.
For Your Sake
Hezekiah did not ask You to save the nation of Judah for his sake. He asked for Your sake. It was for Your honor.
Isaiah 37:20
Now therefore, O LORD our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that thou art the LORD, even thou only.
O God of all creation, I do not ask that You save the United States for our sake. I ask it for Yours. Everyone is watching. You are Truth. Please raise Truth up where all people can see that You are God.

Please touch the hearts of the people in this land that we see our wickedness, repent, and return to our foundation as One Nation Under God.

...especially for the children, move swiftly,

Maranatha.

Provision Prayers: Please Stop the Charade

Heavenly Father,
Lord Jesus, who is the Christ,
Holy Spirit, who ministers,

I long for evidence that You hear my prayers; especially the prayers for the United States. You are God. In You is hope. In You is Life. You are the Final Authority, and yet You give us free will, and free reign for a time.

Psalm 86
1 Bow down thine ear, O Lord, hear me: for I am poor and needy.
My spirit wanes with exhaustion as I try to keep up these petitions before You. I know You hear me and You know my desires for Truth to come forth. You know the emptiness that I feel as I lay prostrate before Your throne. I extend my arm to You, hoping for some kind of touch,
2 Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.
I know my soul is safe in You. I believe I have the breastplate of righteous of Christ. I believe that You will save me in that final day.
3 Be merciful unto me, O Lord: For I cry unto thee daily.
But God Almighty, as I see what is going on, I petition You that You have not done enough. I am embarrassed to tell You my thoughts: I know You can cause Truth to surface. I know You change the hearts of people. I know that You open the spiritual eyes as well as restoring physical sight —but I petition You that that enough has not been done here in the United States.
4 Rejoice the soul of thy servant: For unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.
I don’t know how I can think such a thought. Who, what am I, to tell the Most High God that You haven’t done enough? I hang my head before You. …and yet, I cannot back down. I cannot retract my pleas that seem to fall on Your silence. I cannot turn from You. I cannot go away. I am helpless to rescind these prayers.
5 For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive: And plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
Those are Your Words, not mine. Is it Your Word that will not let me back down? Have You given me an understanding of Your hopes for people, and have I not embraced what You have put before me…to give back to You…that this nation will awaken and embrace Truth?

If this is not so, strike Your servant! Redirect my heart, my soul, my meditations on Your Word. Forgive me if I am out of line here.
6 Give ear, O Lord, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications. 7 In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: For thou wilt answer me.
Your servant is tormented! It isn’t the crushing and despicable degeneration of this society…it isn’t that! It is that You, my God, have pressed my heart to come before Your Throne of Grace with these supplications.

You have burdened me to petition You on behalf of this nation. You open my eyes to see the decrepit and degenerate state of affairs here…and I petition You at Your invitation. Where are You? Your servant wanes for Your answer has not been forthcoming.
8 Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; Neither are there any works like unto thy works. The Charade:
I know and believe this in my heart that You, O God, are Truth. I have petitioned You because of the charade that is pervasive in this nation with regard to the election results and the extravaganza around the global disease that is truly a weapon of control.

But God of my heart, for whom I live to serve…are these prayers also a charade? Am I petitioning You in vane? Is it a double charade?
9 All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name. 10 For thou art great, and doest wondrous things; Thou art God alone.
Again, my Lord and my God, I come. These are Your Words, not mine. You have not released the grip on my heart to petition You for this nation. You have driven me to stand before You. I fear I am being crushed by the reality that surrounds me here.
11 Teach me thy way, O Lord; I will walk in thy truth: Unit my heart to fear thy name. 12 I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: And I will glorify thy name forevermore. 13 For great is thy mercy toward me: And thou hast delivered my soul form the lowest hell.
This is Your Word and I believe it. I cannot see Your work, but I believe that it is there and it is at work. I stand at the ready to proclaim Your Work. Your praises flow forth from the deep in my being, that You are God, and You hear my prayers, and You are merciful and gracious in the midst of the destruction that is falling upon this nation.
14 O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul: And have not set thee before them.
This is not news to You. This destruction of this nation, like shattered glass, is before You. …and I am before You as well. You have made me unrelenting. I stand.
15 But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, Long-suffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.
I believe this. I will continue to stand. I believe Your Word, Your Living Word, Your undeniable Truth. You alone are my hope and I cannot retreat. If You are tired of me being here, tired of my unrelenting chatter here —then You will have to remove me.
16 O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; Give thy strength unto thy servant, And save me.
I stand before You. I fall on my knees. I am prostrate in fear and exhaustion, but I will not leave this petition. Am I amiss? Then grind me into dust; blow me away; cast me into the sea of clamor…do as You will, but I will not leave this petition.
17 Shew me a token for good; That they which hate me may see it. and be ashamed; Because thou, Lord, hast helped me, and comforted me.
These are Your Words, not mine. They cannot return void, for You have spoken them. In Your Word I will trust.
For the children, O God, move swiftly.

Maranatha

Provision Prayers: God is Military — Game Over

O God, my God,
You are sovereign and You are gracious.
You are gracious and You are hope.
You are hope, yet You are justice.
You are justice, and yet You are loving.
You are loving, yet You give us free will.

You are the God who created the world and all that is here.
I worship You. Selah.

God of Life
You are respectful of the boundaries that we adopt for ourselves...even when we do so to our detriment. You offer life, when we consistently insist on the alternative.

What is it like?
What is it like for You to watch us, thinking we know best and taking the lives that You have given?
What is it like when we sit back, having the knowledge of salvation, and remain silent?
What is it like, when opportunity is clear, and we are self-focused and move on?
What is it like, when we are in deep trouble, and turn to the world for answers, when You are right there ready to receive and help?
What is it like when we allow evil to prevail, when You are ready to bring victory?

O God of all comfort…how can I rest, when this is a picture of today?
My heart screams at the revelations that are surfacing. The distractions are bombarding the media. So much is coming at people, they don’t know where to look.

Trying to manage the barrage, many are looking down, covering their heads, and trying to move through their lives, one step at a time. How can they be convinced to look up, and know that their salvation is in You?
Luke 21:28
“And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”
Call off the spectacle!
How can I seek comfort as carnage is being injected into people every day around the world? The carnage is exhaustive: mental, physical, emotional, psychological…and yes…spiritual.

Help Lord, for only in You can our predicament be overcome.

You are the God of Victory!
I call out to You! Hallelujah! You are the God who brings victory! You are the originator of military strategy! You are omnipotent! You are all powerful. You are the God of power and of might!
Ephesians 6:10
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Your strategies always win!
Deuteronomy 20: 1
When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
I believe it!
Jericho and Joshua
Consider Jericho…days of marching in silence! What did that do? Did it put fear into the residents of Jericho…I think so. But then, with a shout of confidence, the walls came tumbling down. Is there a leader of Your choosing, who will go before us? Raise up that person, humble, and capable.
O God of heaven, full of mercy, please bring down the walls that uphold fear and keep Truth from the people here in the United States. Bring down the walls of the media which upholds lies, publishes and promotes death, and subverts Truth.
Goliath and David
The Philistines came against Judah. Everyone was full of fear! The Philistines were focused on one individual, Goliath, to win their battle. You brought forth David, a youngster, unafraid, trusting in You. You used him and You defeated Goliath. You strengthened him. You gave him the strategy, the nerve, the focus…and in the end, he cut off the head of Goliath with Goliath’s own sword!

Again, fear was the enemy! Are there people today who are rising up against this fear? There are! Conferences are being called, daily podcasts and videos are going out…there IS a call to battle. There IS a call to rise up!
God of heaven, open the ears of the Your army. May we rise up in strength, in strategy, with nerve and focus…driven by Your strength, strategy, and power. May we cut off the head to the enemy with his own sword. Make is so, O God, make it so.

Raise up Davids. Thousands of them! Raise them up! Give them voice. Raise up a desire for truth.

What is the Goliath that the enemy rests on? Is it wealthy, powerful men and women? Is it the genetic therapy injection being forced into people’s bodies? Is it false narratives that distract us from doing our part.

Call us, O God. Give us ears to hear, hearts to go to battle, strength to speak as Your Spirit gives us utterance and drive us into the wilderness to defeat the enemy and cut off his head! Help us take back this nation as One Nation Under God…once again.

…especially for the children, O God, move swiftly.

You are military. You are Game Over.

Maranatha.

Provision Prayers: In a foreign land, but I will sing

My God, my God…

You alone are the God who reigns. Anything contrary to that is a misled perception. You give us free will and allow us to suffer the consequences of our decisions so that we might learn that Your Way is the safe way. Your mandates are there for our protection. You show us, because we have to see and experience it, that if we follow You, then You will protect our hearts and minds and lead us in the way everlasting.
Psalms 139:24-24
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:

24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
Eyes wide open?
As my eyes have been opened, it is obvious that I am in a different land. Change has been faster than I can comprehend and the United States has been transformed by the Prince of the power of the air (Eph 2:1-2), the ruler of this world (John 12:31-32). He commands those who rule the darkness (Eph 6:12) and this nation has been taken by storm.

Your (our) enemy Satan, rules the air waves as the media bows to his every message. His messages are clever, oozing out in fashion. It is fashionable to be woke. It is fashionable to oppose Truth, It is fashionable to bring hate to Israel and to believers in Christ, and to threaten them with sever consequences if they even pose a question.

Their science is only their opinion, for they have traded the Truth for lies and they relish the destruction of any who have truth, They oppose peace. Any who oppose them, any opposition, any question, is perceived as a transgression worthy of persecution and destruction.

Have mercy on those who have fallen into the trap of Satan and now do his bidding. Are there those who would repent and turn from Satan’s ways and seek Truth? Rescue them, O God, that their testimony may ring loudly across the land!

Are people waking up?
People are waking up. Thank You. It seems so slow. The sleepiness and grogginess has kept them in a dangerous slumber as the nation has been transformed. Arise O God and shake the drowsy. They have been put in a stupor by the enemy and lethargy has set into their minds and spirits.

Sound the trumpet! Tarry not! Come to our aid!

What shall I do as captive in this foreign land?
Does my heart relate to Israel, by the rivers of Babylon?
Psalm 137:1-4:
By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion. We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof. For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us required of us mirth, saying, Sing us one of the songs of Zion. How shall we sing the LORD’S song in a strange land?
I am being asked to sing their song! I am mandated to confirm that their sin is righteousness! How can I do that? How can I sing their songs in a foreign land?
Psalm 137:4–6
How can we sing the Lord’s song in a foreign land? If I forget you, O Jerusalem, may my right hand forget her skill. May my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth, if I do not remember you, if I do not exalt Jerusalem above my chief joy. (NASB)
You beckoned Israel to live there. You confirmed to them that YOU, O God, YOU caused them to be carried away. Then You told them to build their houses, plant gardens…live their lives.

AND

…to seek the peace of the city.

Mr. Derek Prince gives us wisdom:
Derek Prince:
This is the plaintive cry of God’s people, captives and exiles in an alien land. They have no song, they’ve hung their harps on the willow trees and they are remembering the joy and the beauty of the city and the land of which they have been deprived.

You see, God sometimes has to deprive us of our blessings before we truly appreciate them. I believe that out of the Babylonian captivity those Jews who returned, returned with a far greater devotion and commitment to Zion than they had ever had before. I believe the same will be true of the regathering of the Jewish people in this day. When they are fully restored they will appreciate more than ever before all that they lost through their disobedience and their rebellion in the long years of exile. And we need to remember that God sometimes has to deal with us.

If you today feel like a captive, an alien, longing for blessings that you’ve lost through disobedience and backsliding, God is permitting that to happen so that when He restores those blessings to you, you’ll appreciate them as you never appreciated them before. God knows when you’ve learned your lesson and when you’ve really learned to appreciate what He’s done for you, then He’s ready to restore you.
—Derek Prince
Restore the United States of America
I give thanks for the theft of the USA. Thank You that You have restored my appreciation for the blessings that I have had in the past. I confess that I have been part of the problem.

I am in this foreign land. With Your help, I am ready to return to the land where I grew up! I am ready to live and protect the Constitution of the United States. I am ready to be actively responsible for the privileges and blessings that You have poured out on this nation.

I know that You can do this and I petition You to restore the USA. But if that is not Your plan, then I am ready to come home.
2 Peter 3:13-14
13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
Here I am, use me! I will sing.
I open my eyes, my heart and mind, my calendar this day. I want to serve You. I want to spread the Gospel…I want to be used and accomplish all that You have for me. Hear my prayer…that others may see You through this life. I will sing of Your salvation. I will sing of Your grace and mercy. I will sing of Your power, might and justice …and Your will that all men be saved,

…especially for the children, O God, move quickly.

Preparation Prayers: Breakthrough: Captivity captive

O Lord my God,
I come.

You are always there, giving me Your whole attention. You hear every word, every desire of my heart, and You see me with all my imperfections, shortcomings, and failures, and You love me. I shake my heart in disbelief. I am grateful beyond expression.

We are held captive. In the world there is captivity. The chains embrace me. They are embracing this nation. We are being held hostage by imaginations of men. They push fear at us from every direction. The media is the worst, as it brings one message of disaster after another. The media is unrelenting. They seek to to enshroud every person with thier directives and contorl their lives.

Spirit, soul and body
Father, hear my cry to You. You made us spirit, soul, and body. The enemy wants all of us; every particle. Your (our) enemy, Satan, seeks to destroy our bodies, fill our soul —our thoughts and emotions...all so he can have our spirit. He seeks to steal our connection to You where we meet with You, Spirit to spirit.

Prince of the Power of the Air
He uses the media. He has enshrined them, consumed them and they give over their voice to him. He has formed an impenetrable cocoon around them and they are helpless to escape his grasp or his bidding. They are being used to ingeniously embalm us with their messaging. They want to get into the very essence of our physical and emotional being, all to steal our very spirits from You.

Satan is the Prince of the Power of the Air and we seem like helpless victims, bombarded by a constant barrage of lies.
Ephesians 2:2-3
2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
The breadth of Satan’s program is as exhaustive as it is complete. He has this world and he wants our souls. Climate change and weather, Government and rulers, Family and faith, the children and education, our bodies and thoughts every social construct.

I can only touch a small fragment of his comprehensive plan to thwart Your dominion over all creation including those of us who dwell here.

But...

You brought captivity captive
Psalm 68
18 Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the Lord God might dwell among them.

19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.

20 He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto God the Lord belong the issues from death.

21 But God shall wound the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such an one as goeth on still in his trespasses.
Ah…the beginning of that God-breathed psalm:

Psalm 68:1-3
1 Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered:
Let them also that hate him flee before him.

2 As smoke is driven away, so drive them away:
As wax melteth before the fire,
So let the wicked perish at the presence of God.

3 But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God:
Yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.
You provided the path to freedom, here and now.

Your promises are sure. Your Word is Truth. You are Truth.
Isaiah 55:11
11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
You have set us free.
You hold our worship. He cannot take us. He cannot have us. You have us. You hold us safe.
John 8:36
36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
We are safe in You.
John 10:28-30
28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

30 I and my Father are one.
Today, and every day, I will live in the freedom You have secured for me. I will not let the enemy steal my thoughts or thwart Your purpose for me this day. Request: Pour out Truth
I am free. We are free. But many are not aware of their freedom and have fallen hostage.
  • Please pour out Your Truth.
  • Open their eyes to see clearly.
  • Open their hearts to receive Your freedom.
  • Remove the chains.
Especially for the children, O God, have mercy and move quickly.
Take us above the clouds where we can breathe and do the work set before us.

Maranatha

Preparation Prayers: At the precipice, eyes on You

Father in heaven,
Lord Jesus,
Holy Spirit,

Praise and glory belong to You O God. What is it that man can add to You? You are the First and the Last. You are consummate.
Isaiah 44:6
Thus saith the Lord the King of Israel,
And his redeemer the Lord of hosts;
I am the first, and I am the last;
And beside me there is no God.

Revelation 1:8
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
Why did You make us?
Were You “incomplete” when You made the earth? …were You lonely? …and You made people to keep You company?

Were You bored and then created the earth and us? Did you need adoration, worship? No.
Proverbs 16:4
4 The Lord hath made all things for himself: Yea, heven the wicked for the day of evil.

Romans 11:36
36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.
You are indescribable. I cannot understand the greatness of Your heart for people...for me. The expanse of Your wisdom and the vast expression of Your creativity is beyond all comprehension. I cannot grasp or appreciate even the smallest particle of Your being…but You love me still. You want what is best for me. You have a vision for me, for my life, that is beyond anything I can imagine.

Thank You.

Sick, frail, and in a frenzy
This nation is in a frenzy. Emotions seem uncontrollable. Outbursts of mental and emotional hysteria erupt each day. Are all of these a distraction? From what? From truth?

In my mind I see a blanket of clunky actions suspended in the air all over this nation. Like a thick cloud it pours out a rain of dis-ease between people. Hate, lies, and destruction fall in a steady stream upon us. A steady rein (rain) of terror?

This infection seems to capture the minds of people and lures them into destructive behavior. It seems evident that they are from Your (our) enemy. They are like a den of vipers —agitated, enthusiastic and eager to destroy. There is a nervous hysteria about them as they charge ahead to steal, kill, and destroy.
John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Are we at the precipice?
Father, this nation is sinking. Above us is this cloud of destruction, crushing us as one lie after another beats down upon us. Below is quicksand and there is nothing to provide a foothold. Where are You? How can we see You.
Matthew 14:13
And immediately Jesus stretched forth his , and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

Jeremiah 30:17
"For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord, because they have called you an outcast: 'It is Zion, for whom no one cares!'"
I stand here on behalf of this nation: One Nation Under God.

It seems to have disappeared as the fire from the mouth of Leviathan has erupted in devastation. We are blackened from the ash of his corruption, drowning in the mirk of sewage that has come from him.

Please reach out Your hand
I call upon You for You are my God. I cry out to You from this nation of darkness and I flail with my arms, hoping to find Your Hand. Grasp my hand, O God. Pull me out of the quicksand of falsehoods that desire to drown my hope and devour any goodness or mention that You exist.

We are helpless
Job 41:1-2
1 Canst thou draw out leviathan with an hook? or his tongue with a cord which thou lettest down? 2 Canst thou put an hook into his nose? or bore his jaw through with a thorn?
We cannot. I know that I am not alone. I know that many are seeking You and Your salvation for this nation.

Hear us. We are helpless. Have mercy.

O God of mercy…especially for the children,

Maranatha

Preparation Prayers: Judgement

Lord God, The One True God, Maker of Heaven and Earth,

The earth is full of Your glory. Truly, we need to seek the evidence of Your handiwork. We simply need to take time to behold the creation around us. The trees raise their limbs in exaltation. Even the grass points upwards to Your heavens. The spring flowers proclaim Your beauty. The smell of spring, cut grass, flowers…You are the God of creative renewal.
Psalms 139:14
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
Judgement
1 Peter 4:17
For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

Surely, Your judgement is merited here. The nation has been disintegrating for many years. We, Your people seemed to be asleep. Perhaps we were tied up with enjoying all the blessings that You have given this nation. I know I am partially responsible.

However, I repent. I repent daily. I have changed. If judgement must being at the house of God, please start with me.

How do I look?
How do I look, on the inside, to You? You see all of me. You look past my outward visibility.
1 Samuel 16:7
But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.

Jeremiah 17:9 - 10
9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? 10 I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
Do I know how to search my heart? I am good at making up excuses as to why I think something. I justify my feelings, my desires, to align with what I want. Often, what I want is not what You want for me. I need Your help.

Help in time of need
You tell us that You will align our heart with Your will. You promise to cleanse the heart and bring value to You and Your kingdom.
Psalms 37:4 - 5
4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
There are conditions
This is a conditional promise.

Teach me to delight in You.
Teach me to trust You so that I let go of the reigns of my heart, my mind, and my life. I want to commit my living - every part: body, soul and spirit, to Your way. I know it is better, safer, and that You are for me and will bring good…Your goodness.

Permission
Psalm 139:23-24 23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: 24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
These are difficult challenges. I know, from experience, that I cannot live my life in accordance with Your desires. But I want to. Only You, my Maker can bring out the very best in me. In this broken world, I cannot cleanse myself. On my own, I am destined to brokenness. But in You, there is hope. You promise to do this. I yield to You.
Psalms 51:10
Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
Please receive me. Please receive my invitation to change me into the person You always intended me to be. Bring Your vision for my life.

Is the church a stumbling block for the USA to move forward?
Is the church a stumbling block for this nation to come under judgement that we may repent? Are we hold up progress? Then I ask You to judge me and extend Your judgement to Your church. Please move forward with Your judgement that this nation may repent. That revival may ensue, that all men be saved.

...for the children, please do not tarry,

Maranatha,

Preparation Prayers: I won't let go
      ...until You bless me

You are God. There is no other.
To You alone I bring my allegiance.
I bring my whole self: spirit, soul, and body. It is what I have that You have given me. You give me complete autonomy over these three.

I am weak….but You are strong
I want to control my mind, but it wanders and goes where there is no value. I want to control my body, but it leans towards worldly desires. It is part of this broken world and it is broken. It is in pain. I will lift up my soul to You O Lord. For only in You is there salvation of spirit, soul, and body.

You enliven my spirit and my soul. I petition You according to Your Word.
Psalm 51:10-12
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

2 Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
You have made arrangements for my body as well, even in this broken world. I ask it. For the pain is great. Have mercy on me O God.
Isaiah 53:5
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

1 Peter 2:24
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
The enemy is at the door… I will stand strong.
You have asked me to stand strong for Your sake. I will stand.
You have asked me to stand, not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces that fight against the world. I will stand.
You, O God, beckon me to wrestle!
Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Must I wrestle against You!?!
It is one thing to wrestle against the enemy. Your (our) enemy Satan. For then I am on the same side as You. You are with me. You are God Almighty! But would you have me wrestle against You! You are my God. You are THE God! You alone are God. There is none like You!

Jacob wrestled. All night he wrestled.
Genesis 32:24-26
24 And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.
25 And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him.
26 And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.
He held on and and held on. Jacob would not let go. He prevailed. Must I also fight against You? Am I not asking for what You also want? Do You like what is going on as the evil prevails against this world?

O God, I understand Your need for justice. I deeply long to see Your justice. But You have proclaimed that Your love is sure and You want all men to be saved. I cannot let go of that. Do You not see that I would prefer Your justice, but I hold out, I wrestle, that Your love for ever person be made known to them…that they may seek You with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength?

I cling to Your Word. I wrestle within myself. I wrestle with You.
Psalm 64:
1 Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.

2 Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:

3 Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:

4 That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.

5 They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?

6 They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.

7 But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; suddenly shall they be wounded.

8 So they shall make their own tongue to fall upon themselves: all that see them shall flee away.

9 And all men shall fear, and shall declare the work of God; for they shall wisely consider of his doing.

10 The righteous shall be glad in the Lord, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.
I will not let go until You bless me.
O God, preserve me…that I not let go until You bless me and bless this nation.
Deuteronomy 6
4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord: 5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
…for the children.

Preparation Prayers: Have I met Your conditions?

O God in Heaven,
You are my confidence and You are my life.
Your plan is the perfect fulfillment of my purpose.

Uncertainty pervades the landscape. Relationships are challenged as distrust, hurtful words, and division seeps deeply into the foundation of our society, our neighborhoods, and our families. There is a shaking of the worldly establishments which are filled with defiant and rebellious self-seekers. Oftentimes, these are people we considered loyal friends.

The world is shaking, but You are unshakeable. Your purpose remains sure. In You our future is bright. Your promises are sure and You have plans for us.
Jeremiah 29:11-13
11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.

13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
You are for us. You have given us a promise and a responsibility. I deeply desire to know and experience Your thoughts towards me and towards this nation. I deeply desire for Your purposes to be fulfilled. You desire to pour out peace, Your peace, upon me and upon the United States.

…and then You list Your conditions….Your promises are sure. They are there for us. You are unshakable…IF and WHEN Your conditions have been met.

Have I met Your conditions?
You have set conditions under which Your plans can be secured.

Call to You: God of heaven and earth. I am calling to You. Your promise is amazing. Your heart is to prosper us and not to harm us. You desire for us to have a future and a hope. I set my face towards You. Many others are doing so as well. Hear our call, O God of mercy.

Pray to You: It is to You alone that I pray. I do not look to others to save me or this nation. I do not look to men, but to You and to You alone.

Seek You, and Search You with all our hearts: I and searching…and I doing so to Your specifications? I search Your mighty Word and I listen for Your voice. Am I hearing it? You are in Your Word. Please pour it into every part of my being. What am I missing?

It does not seem that this nation has much interest, especially as a national identity to claim You over us. But this does not change the fact that You ARE over ALL.

We are spread out by so many factions, by so many identities. Derogatory name-calling pervades and separates us. I bring this before You.

Healer of Division
You are the only way this nation can come together. You are the only way that the divides can be dissolved. I come to You because You’ve done it before.
Ezekiel 28:25
‘Thus says the Lord God, “When I gather the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and will manifest My holiness in them in the sight of the nations, then they will live in their land which I gave to My servant Jacob.

Ezekiel 39:28
Then they will know that I am the Lord their God because I made them go into exile among the nations, and then gathered them again to their own land; and I will leave none of them there any longer.
O God of all the earth. You know us. We are not scattered around the earth, we are right here in one place. Even this week, Your presence has been removed from a national day of prayer. Please forgive us, for we have raised up leaders who do not acknowledge You.

Nonetheless, You are the God who reunited Israel. Our divisions are not geographic, but spiritual. Our divisions are from Your (our) enemy, Satan. You made him too. And You allowed him to take everything from Job…BUT…in the end, You restored Job, twofold.
Job 42:10
“And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.”
Truly we are in captivity. Many are praying and seeking You. Please hear our prayer and restore us to peace that we can again proclaim You as our God.

We have brought this on ourselves because we have not been diligent. But You are still the God who unites, the God who changes, the God who brings back, the God who hears. The God who heals. You are THE God, and there is no other.

I appeal to You for this nation. Change us, as a nation, to call to You, to pray to You and to Seek You with all our hearts.

…especially for the children,

Preparation Prayers: Am I ready?

God of all creation, God of Truth, Righteousness, and of Justice,

Thank You for the beauty of the day. Thank You for directing us not to worry, Thank you for Your Word, that tells us of the events in the last days, and how we should prepare.

Am I prepared?
You are the God who prepares. You are the God who provides. As You did for Abraham and Isaac, providing the sacrifice, a substitute for Abraham’s son. And You provided a sacrifice for us.

You left Your church with a commission, to proclaim the Gospel, to give a testimony of what You have done in our lives, to love people, to pray, and to serve You in all that we do. All in preparation for what is to come.

Truly, what is to come, seems to be at the door! You have given us so many directives on how to be ready, how to be prepared. And in each admonition You remind us that we are safe in You.
Isaiah 41
10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Philippians 4:6-7
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

John 14:1,3
1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
Am I ready?
You have prepared a place for us. Am I ready? Have I honed all the skills needed for this new place?

Maybe, more importantly, is my heart tuned to resonate with Your voice? Is it ready to stand strong and receive, expedite, and execute Your commands? After all, You are the Commander.

Do I understand that each day is preparation for the next? Do I understand You are always preparing our path for the next step…You are always a step ahead?
Psalm 119:105
105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Oh how I love Your Word. Your promises are so reassuring. You touch my heart and mind so that I need not be afraid. You have given us the Script of what is before us and what to expect.

You have assured us that You have prepared the path and the Way. You walk with us and attend to all our wants.
Psalm 23:1
The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.
Your assurance, Your presence, Your provision and preparation for me is truly my greatest Treasure. Your promises guide me each day and I do not lose track what awaits me.
Psalm 23:
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
I will rest.
Psalm 37:7-9
7 Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth.
Amen.
In You, I am ready.

For You have prepared me and walk with me.

…do not forget the children, O God. Move swiftly…to save the children.

Preparation Prayers: ...by Your Spirit

O Glorious God,

All praise and glory belong to You. You are the All in All. You are the great I AM. In You alone is pure righteousness and You alone judge uprightly. My only response is to bow at Your throne.

Why You invite me here is perplexing because I know that You know my heart and my shortcomings. You know my desire to do good and live righteously, and You see the reality of my living. …and yet, You still, repeatedly, and without pause…invite me to come to You.

You are gracious and merciful. I receive Your gifts of grace and mercy. I come, humbly, honored, and grateful, here I am still bewildered that the God of all creation would want a relationship with me and waits for me to come. Thank You. Selah.

I come...I come boldly and with resove and determination.

I seek Your Spirit. Holy Spirit, I seek You. I ask for ears to hear Your guidance, a heart to obey Your leading, and strength to heed Your warnings.
Isaiah 11:2
And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
O God of all history, Your presence has been recorded within Your Word and without it as well. Your Spirit is active. You move here on earth in Spirit.
Ezekiel 36
26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
You did this for Israel. You rebirthed the nation. You brought them from the four corners of the earth and gave them a new national spirit, and new heart. You replaced their heart of stone and gave them a heart of flesh! Hallelujah! You are the God of Israel.

Will You do the same here in the United States of America? We, some of us at least, still claim to be One Nation Under God. I’m not sure You still claim us or want to. But I’m coming before You and I’m asking for the new heart —for myself, and for this nation.

This is Your work! No other god promises anything close to this. I want to do my part. I want to be prepared for Your work here in the U.S. I come.
Isaiah 57:15
For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
Grant me a contrite and humble heart that I may dwell with You. Revive me O God, for this is Your work. But please don’t stop with me. Please cover this nation. I ask that this nation can seek You.

Requests:
  • Have mercy on the USA and restore her that we may recognize that You are God.
  • Cause us to be worn out from all the unrest. Exhaust us from all these attempts to know what we are doing and be powerful.
  • Squelch our rebellious hearts that raise ourselves and our desires up, and seek to force other to comply with our vision…give us Your vision instead and unite us.
  • Heal our hearts O God. Consider that the pain and hurt of sin and oppression have turned our hearts to stone and in Your mercy, please give us back a heart of flesh.
  • Prepare us for what is coming. Factions seem to be coming to a head. I ask Your presence and guidance. I ask for Your wisdom and understanding, for Your counsel and might, and for a spirit of knowledge.
  • Above all, I ask for the return of the indwelling fear of Lord for every person in the U.S., who would receive it.
Hear my prayer. I come boldly. Prepare me. Prepare us.

…and especially, please save the children.

Preparation Prayers: Waiting in anticipation

O Lord, My God,

I come in awesome wonder as I consider all that You have made. I see the stars, the thunder of spring showers…truly, Your power is displayed as I gaze upon the earth.

O how my soul longs to sing that great classic, How Great Thou Art!
Yes, I can sing from my innermost heart that You have saved me from my sin. You have poured out Your righteousness upon me and You preserve me for time when I will be forever with You. Thank You.

Yes, I can sing Your praise that You spared not Your only beloved Son. I can sing that You, Jesus, Son of the Living God, I can sing to Your Name and raise the hallelujahs. I can rejoice that You are coming again and Your Kingdom is forever. Yes, of that I will sing,

* * *
You are good
Yes, my soul also weeps as I look around me. The desolation of souls is everywhere I look. People are being sold as cattle. They are discarded as “inconvenient.” O God, the contrast from Your brilliant creation - that has withstood the brokenness of our sin - the contrast is previous. But I will wait on You. I will seek You for the souls of these who are desolate.
Lamentations 3:25
The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.
You are strength
Strengthen my heart O God, for it gives out as I see the corruption that pervades this nation, all in the name of power and greed. But I will wait on You. I will seek You for the souls of these who are desolate and for the corruption that is in government.
Psalms 27:14
Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
Oh, this nation…take by enslaved corruption. We take the sign of the eagle. Are we still One Nation Under God? Do you still want us? Is there mercy left for the United States of America?
Isaiah 40:31
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
I will be strengthened by Your hand. I will petition You for this nation and for the souls of those who will seek Your righteousness. I will not faint., I will run. I will not be weary. I will stand in strength.

Because I wait on You alone, I wait not in vain.
Psalms 39:7
And now, Lord, what wait I for? my hope is in thee.
You are Hope
My hope is in the Lord, who fails not. My hope is in Your Word, which cannot fail and cannot return void.
Isaiah 55:11
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
You are rest
You are my rest. You hold me close. Although I rest on this battlefield, I rest in You, for You are my High Tower, and I will wait patiently. I do not wait in vain; for You are alone are God.
Psalms 37:7
Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
I come, anticipating that You will raise up Truth in the United States of America. We are a mighty tree that has been felled. We are broken and cracked. I stand strong in hope and in the anticipation that You will raise up Truth and renew a right spirit in us again.

For the children, O God…and for Your sake…that the enemy not gloat to the nations that he is mightier than You. For Your sake O God, move swiftly.

Maranatha.
