Rescued from the Darkness

In Your incredible mercy, You have rescued us from the darkness filled with misunderstanding and separation from You.
Thank You.

Most of my neighbors do not know this available love that You have for them. It seems that those that do keep it as a secret. Isn't it Your love, grace, and mercy that softens hearts? I ask that You come into the hearts of this neighborhood.

Would You fill them with good questions? Fill them with curiosity. Fill them with desire to know more their purpose that You have placed in them from before the world was created. In Your mercy, grant them a desire to know more about their existence.

Can I be an instrument of Your love, Your kindness? Can I guide them toward Your truth that sets us free. Oh how I desire they can know the freedom found in Christ. How I desire that they find joy and freedom in Your love. Oh that they could rest in the assurance that they are fully loved, fully known, and Your manifold provision.

Hear my prayers:
For V...that she get the medical attnetion neededd for her foot, her snoring. Give her desire to read and manage numbers better. Help her find a place where she can go and have quiet time with You. Please nurture her relationship with You so she is not alone.
Thank You.

For L...O Father, please take her under Your wing. Please do not abandong her or A. She is so deluded. Only You can unpack and heal what is going on within her. Please calm the fear. Please unpack and unfold the lies that perpetuate in he mind. Please send others with Your Truth, that she may hear.
Thank You.

For L and K (R and J)... Where, when and how might opportunity be offered? Please make me sensitive to Your leading. Are their hearts open? Ready? What are the words? ...the timing? ...the place. Please orchestrate all that You would have me do.
Thank You.

For the Village...for us to come together as a community. For those who know You to be enlivend and become active on behalf of those who do not know you. Bless us with Your Peace between us that relationships may be built and we may be ready for whatever comes.
Thank You.

Hear am I, send me, as You see fit.

All glory be to Christ on High.

Transformed by Beholding

"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." 2 Co 3:18

Oh God, You are my God. You are so magnificent. Your manifold care meets all the needs of those who are in Christ Jesus. Thank You.

Thank You for purpose for each day: to worship You in spirit and in truth. You are Truth. Help us to spend each moment honoring You as we go forth.

My neighbors are sorely on my heart. many seem to know You and have a deep relationship with You. Do the busy demands of the world close in until there is no room left to have time with You?

Holy Spirit, I ask You to invigorate us with that initial excitement we had when we first realized that our sins were removed; that we were clean.

What about those who do't know You? I bring them before Your throne now. Would You open their eyes to see the Christ in those who know You. Would You inspire those who know Jesus to portray Him that others would desire You?

Help us to proclaim the love that You washed us in, that others may seek You. Can we reflect Jesus to the point that others desire Him. Hear my prayer.

Truly, we are impotent to proclaim Christ. But Holy Spirit, I call upon You, to help us, that these neighbors may find You.

Transform us each day. Draw us to behold Jesus in all that we do. And from this testimony, may others be transformed as they too behold Jesus. Hear my prayer.

All glory be to Christ on High.

Maranatha.
