***Where does my soul find rest? Are You my heart's desire?
Heavenly Father,
In You does my soul find rest. In You alone can my heart say, "Peace, be still."
You are my heart's desire....but is this true? Help me learn. Teach me to keep my focus on Jesus!
You are the Lord of ALL; of music and sound. You are my God and my sole purpose is to honor You and delight You and delight in You.
You, O God, direct my steps for each day. I think about whether I have given ALL to You. Please show me and lead me to hold tight to our relationship above all else. Show me and teach me to hold tight to all that You ask me to steward, with the understanding that it is still Yours. Please guide me.
Have I been honorable to You in my spending? Am I honorable to You as I wait for You? Have I been honorable to You in how I spend my time? Grant me a spirit of diligence.
Help me, that I may stand strong and that I may be found faithful in the day of His coming.
