1 Timothy 2:3-5Oh God our hope, let us be joined together to spend our enegy, our complete lives to fulfill Your desire that ALL men be saved. Receive us for the work we can do for the Kingddom of Jesus Christ. We fall before You in adoration. YOU, who gave all that we might have salvation. YOU, who demonstrated complete obedience, that we could have life! YOU, who came that we can have access and relationship with the Father and now You are our Advocate before the Father. Yes, we fall in complete humility before You. We know we need forever to show our thanks and sing Your praises.
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
Draw us to You, cover us for this work. Hold our attention, on You and this work so that nothing impede the work of the day. Clear the air that we hear Your voice with clarity. Grant us focus on You and clear the air of gibberish and debris to bring clear fidelity to Your voice and the detailed instructions throughout our day and work.
You gave incredible detail on how to build the Tabernacle, the Tent of the Congregation! (Where did they get all that stuff? ...You provided.) You provided the physical resources, the process, the people and the needed talent...in the desert! So what's with the Stripe approval? It is needed before "go-live." You are the God of the living...would You please place Stipe approval at our disposal? I ask it.
Bring value to us in the off-hours...that time when our attention is clear, place clarity and direction for the next steps when working resumes. (Thank You that YOU don't slumber or sleep.)
Father, quiet (Speak the words, "Peace, be still!") to quiet all that is dear to us during our project focus; to protect the clarity of what needs to be done next. Are there insinuations from the enemy that threatens the clarity and solidarity between our thoughts and the team members. ...SQUASH IT!, Dear Shepherd and send Your sheepdogs to maintan a clean workbench in each mental and physical space. Make every part of this project be Yours 4SaTaT. Build Your protective wall around us.
You did that for the Israelites in the desert. A cloud during the day and a column of fire at night! Protection at all times. They crossed the desert to go to the land You had chosen. Your chosen people going to Your chosen land. The legacy continues forever! Isn't this project the same? Are we not putting process in place for those who will follow? This is truly Your SDLC. Bless us. Prepare them, even now.
You compell us that time is short. Every day the urgency increases to get this work done. You propel our minds, hearts, spirits with $sther's words: 4SaTaT! Did You give her those words because we would need them?
Keep us clean from debris...space clutter...mental space clutter, from the world...energize our own hearts as Your own.
USERS!
They will need unfettered imaginations. Help them now, to practice the skills they will need when we are gone.
O God who heals...heal us for the work at hand. Bandage our emotional wounds with Your salve, Balm of Gilead. Open the processes that allow for clean passage of all that needs to be done.
May we delight You with our living each day: time with You. May every minute be a conduit to knowing You deeper and hearing Your voice, such that "project work" draws us with strong desire because this project is from, for, with YOU. Each of us have:
- A workbench
- A kitchen table
